If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1096\">These Terms apply to <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1000\">all Defesio LLC applications and services<\/strong>, including <strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1032\">Mefesio, Tefesio<\/strong>, and any future privacy-focused apps or platforms we develop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1301\">Our apps may be used by individuals of all ages, including children under 13, <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1224\">when supervised by a parent or guardian<\/strong> and in accordance with Section 13 (Children\u2019s Use Policy) of this agreement.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"694\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"724\"><strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"722\">2. Services Offered<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"846\">Our applications and services focus on providing <strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"809\">secure, encrypted communication<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"843\">privacy-focused solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1116\">\n<li data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"936\"><strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"870\">Secure Messaging<\/strong>: End-to-end encrypted messaging to ensure privacy and security.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1026\"><strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"962\">User Authentication<\/strong>: Only registered users can send messages via the application.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1116\"><strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1058\">Subscription-Based Access<\/strong>: Our services require an active subscription for usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1121\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1163\"><strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1161\">3. Subscription &amp; Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1263\">To access our applications, users must <strong data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1260\">subscribe to a monthly or annual auto-renewable plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1985\">\n<li data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1525\"><strong data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1289\">Billing &amp; Renewals<\/strong>: Subscriptions are charged through <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1392\">Apple, Google, Stripe, or any other supported payment providers<\/strong> upon purchase confirmation and will <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1452\">automatically renew<\/strong> unless cancelled at least <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1522\">24 hours before the current period ends<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1707\"><strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1544\">Cancellation<\/strong>: Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions anytime through their respective <strong data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1704\">Apple ID, Google Play, Stripe dashboard, or other payment account settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1871\"><strong data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1721\">Refunds<\/strong>: <strong data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1752\">We do not process refunds<\/strong>. All refund requests must be handled directly through the respective payment provider (Apple, Google, Stripe, etc.).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1985\"><strong data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1896\">Additional Charges<\/strong>: Some apps may charge additional fees for extra usage beyond the standard plan limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2074\">Failure to make payments may result in <strong data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2040\">suspension<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2059\">termination<\/strong> of services.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2079\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2114\"><strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2112\">4. Any misuse, including <strong data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2480\">spamming, harassment, or unauthorised access attempts<\/strong>, will result in account termination.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2678\"><strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2574\">Be responsible for messages you send and receive<\/strong>. Since we <strong data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2620\">do not store or retain messages<\/strong>, you must keep your data safe from unauthorised access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2683\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2723\"><strong data-start=\"2688\" data-end=\"2721\">5. However, we do <strong data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2822\">not<\/strong> store or retain any message data after transmission.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2932\"><strong data-start=\"2883\" data-end=\"2930\">Responsibility for Sent &amp; Received Messages<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2934\" data-end=\"2992\">Once an SMS message is sent or received through our App:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3423\">\n<li data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3033\"><strong data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3031\">Defesio has no control over it.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3106\"><strong data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3075\">The recipient is solely responsible<\/strong> for keeping their data safe.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3170\"><strong data-start=\"3109\" data-end=\"3168\">We do not store or retain messages after they are sent.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3276\"><strong data-start=\"3173\" data-end=\"3217\">Users must ensure their device is secure<\/strong> to prevent <strong data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3252\">unauthorised access<\/strong> to received messages.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3423\"><strong data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3304\">Defesio is not liable<\/strong> for any security breaches, unauthorised access, or misuse of messages <strong data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3401\">once they are received<\/strong> on a user\u2019s device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3425\" data-end=\"3504\">For more details, refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/defesio.com\/privacy\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3456\" data-end=\"3501\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3509\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3511\" data-end=\"3541\"><strong data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3539\">6. Account Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"3543\" data-end=\"3569\"><strong data-start=\"3547\" data-end=\"3567\">Account Deletion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3570\" data-end=\"3665\">Users have full control over their accounts and may request <strong data-start=\"3630\" data-end=\"3650\">account deletion<\/strong> at any time.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3959\">\n<li data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3777\"><strong data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3702\">Account deletion is permanent<\/strong> and results in the <strong data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"3774\">loss of active subscriptions and associated data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3778\" data-end=\"3890\"><strong data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3804\">A confirmation email<\/strong> will be sent before deletion. Users must confirm via email to complete the process.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"3959\"><strong data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"3923\">Defesio is not responsible<\/strong> for accidental account deletions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3961\" data-end=\"3988\"><strong data-start=\"3965\" data-end=\"3986\">Password Recovery<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4153\">If you forget your password, use the <strong data-start=\"4026\" data-end=\"4047\">&#8220;Forgot Password&#8221;<\/strong> option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4155\" data-end=\"4158\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4160\" data-end=\"4202\"><strong data-start=\"4163\" data-end=\"4200\">7. Service Limitations &amp; Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4712\">\n<li data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4447\">Our services rely on <strong data-start=\"4227\" data-end=\"4323\">third-party infrastructure (such as Apple, Google, Stripe, and telecommunications providers)<\/strong>. We do <strong data-start=\"4331\" data-end=\"4348\">not guarantee<\/strong> uninterrupted service due to <strong data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4444\">network issues, device limitations, or regulatory restrictions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4448\" data-end=\"4569\">We are <strong data-start=\"4457\" data-end=\"4471\">not liable<\/strong> for any <strong data-start=\"4480\" data-end=\"4510\">direct or indirect damages<\/strong> resulting from the use or inability to use our services.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4570\" data-end=\"4712\">We do <strong data-start=\"4578\" data-end=\"4612\">not guarantee message delivery<\/strong> if issues arise from <strong data-start=\"4634\" data-end=\"4709\">network errors, recipient device settings, or spam filtering mechanisms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4714\" data-end=\"4717\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4719\" data-end=\"4752\"><strong data-start=\"4722\" data-end=\"4750\">8. Refunds (if applicable) will be determined based on the work completed and <strong data-start=\"5567\" data-end=\"5621\">Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment provider\u2019s<\/strong> refund policies.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5642\" data-end=\"5645\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"256\"><strong data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"254\">10. Governing Law &amp; Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"257\" data-end=\"405\">These terms are governed by the laws of <strong data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"329\">the United States and Canada<\/strong>, depending on the user&#8217;s jurisdiction and the applicable legal framework.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"575\">Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through <strong data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"522\">arbitration or legal proceedings<\/strong> in the appropriate jurisdiction.
